Terry Kelleher was elected to Balbriggan Town Council with 363 first preferences and receiving transfers until election on the 6th count for the 7th seat. 

The votes for the local electoral area of Balbriggan for Fingal Council were as follows:

Community looses out on Fingal spending freeze

Activists from North Dublin gathered this evening to launch the campaign to elect Terry Kelleher to Balbriggan Town Council and Fingal County Council.

Swords Councillor Clare Daly appealed: ‘Anyone in Balbriggan who has given me support in the past, should give their vote to Terry Kelleher in the forthcoming local elections this year’.

Unsustainable Rush Plan passes with Green support

Fingal Council has passed the Rush Area Plan which involves up to 1,000 new houses being added to the town and is expected to increase the town population to 12,000.

More investment, not less is needed for Dublin Bus
